Grab some safety pins, practice your sneer and get ready to revisit Toronto’s thriving punk scene. The Last Pogo documents the raucous 1978 punk concert held in Toronto’s legendary Horseshoe Tavern - a night of unhinged music and unbridled mayhem.
On December 1, 1978, legendary Toronto promoters Gary Topp and Gary Cormier – better known as The Garys – presented The Last Pogo, a rollicking, riotous concert at the venerable Horseshoe Tavern, featuring Teenage Head, Viletones, The Ugly, The Mods, The Secrets, The Cardboard Brains and The Scenics.
Special features include: The Scenics circa 1978 and Viletone Chris Haight's commentary.

安全ピンをたくさんつけて、人を馬鹿にした態度をしっかり練習したら、トロントの70年代パンクシーン全盛期にタイムトリップ。1978年、トロン トの伝説的ライブハウス、HORSESHOE TAVERNでの騒乱、暴走ミュージック、パンクロックライブコンサートの夜を記録したドキュメンタリー『The Last Pogo』。
1978年12月１日、トロントの有名プロモーターコンビ、ゲイリー・トップとゲイリー・コーミアー（“ゲイリーズ”として知られる）が、ドタバタ 痛快、狂気のコンサートナイト、「ザ・ラスト・ポゴ」を開催した。老舗ライブハウスのHORSESHOE TAVERNに、パンクロックバンド、ティーンエイジヘッド、ヴァイルトーンズ、ザ・アーグリー、ザ・モッズ、ザ・シークレッツ、ザ・カードボード・ブレ インズ、ザ・シーニックスらが大集合。
